Shipping And Returns
- HOW FAST IS SHIPPING
Most of our orders are processed and shipped 2-3 days. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. House twenty two is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
- HOW LONG DOES US SHIPPING TAKE
All orders $150 and over will require a signature upon delivery. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, House Twenty Two is not responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.

- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING METHOD
Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.
Returns and exchanges must be made in 7 days of delivery receipt. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your return/exchange form.
We only accept exchanges/returns on domestic orders.
International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. House Twenty Two is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.
Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
No price adjustments for prior purchases.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
